New Moon by Stephenie Meyer. In this fantastic sequel to Twilight, Edward Cullen, Bella Swan’s Vampire boyfriend, leaves her because of the danger he has put her in unintentionally. She is put under a deep spell of depression before becoming close friends with Jacob Black. Jacob suddenly goes through changes that could possibly put Bella in further danger. Or it could save her. But when Bella learns of the danger Edward is putting himself in because of a miscalculation. Bella must rush halfway across the world to save him. New Moon is a definitely not a disappointing sequel. It packs as much suspense and romance in one punch as Twilight. The characters become developed further and the storyline progresses, making this sequel one of the best you will ever read. -Ashley, 13 |
