Storytime Kits

Each kit contains:

A minimum of five story books
A hand puppet
A felt story with script and hints on its use
A hand play book
The craft book Don't Move the Muffin Tins: a hands-off guide to art for the young child, by Bev Bos

Some of the kits also have craft ideas and samples. In addition to the kits we have felt story boards available to check out.

The kits and felt boards are available at the Main Library in Placerville and can be requested through any of our branches or the bookmobile. They will be checked out for a three week period with no renewals. If the kit or felt board is returned late, fines currently accrue at $.25 per day. After the kit is returned to the library, it will be audited and if any items are missing a bill will be sent to the person who checked the kit out.

You may return the kit and felt board to any of the El Dorado County Libraries or the bookmobile in person. The kits are not to be returned in a library book drop. If you have any questions or would like additional information please call the main library at (530) 621-5540.
